We understand that, on rare occasions, a product may arrive with a quality concern. Where this occurs, our team is committed to resolving the matter promptly and professionally.

When Can an Item Be Returned?

A return or exchange request may be made within 48 hours of receiving your order where:
● The item arrives damaged or defective.
● The item received is different from the one ordered.
● There is a significant quality or finishing issue attributable to Bimbally Atelier.

Return Conditions

For a return to be considered, the item must:
● Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
● Remain in its original condition.
● Have its original tags and packaging intact.
● Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
● Be reported within the stated 48-hour period.
Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or other details of the reported issue to assist our team with the assessment.

Exchange & Resolution

Once the item has been reviewed and the concern is confirmed, Bimbally Atelier will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:
● Replacement with the same item, subject to availability; or
● Exchange for an alternative item of equivalent value.
Where the original item is unavailable, our customer experience team will work with you to identify the most suitable alternative.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
● Change of mind after purchase.
● Preference for another colour, style, or design.
● Incorrect size selection by the customer.
● Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery.
● Requests made outside the 48-hour return window.
